Appointments: Same-Day Sick Visits

Visits with our providers are by appointment only. We offer same-day sick appointments with all three providers.

Time allotted for check-ups is limited, so please schedule your child’s well-child visit 1-2 months in advance. This will ensure that your child stays on his or her schedule. We provide an appointment reminder service by email and/or text.

After-hours Care

Call the office number after-hours to be connected with our service. We ask that you reserve after-hour calls for emergencies only. We ask that you not call for routine issues that can be handled during the business day.

Stormy Moore takes all emergency phone calls after our regular business hours. She is equipped to handle most of the routine after-hour calls with her many years of experience. She regularly consults our providers as needed for higher level calls.

The fees for our after-hours services are as follows:
Monday–Friday evenings 5pm-10pm and Weekend days 8am-10pm: $40.00
Weekdays and Weekends after 10pm:  $50.00
All calls requiring Provider interaction with or without prescriptions sent to the pharmacy: $60.00
These charges will be added to your child’s account the following business day and are due within the next billing cycle

Many questions that you may have after-hours can be easily answered by information found on the website.
